remember-nothing has changed with the company itself. only the trading has changed. they still are operating daily, maybe making new deals, exploring etc. and they still have all there assets. If they get the DTCC straightened out. By then the company should have stored press upon press to release to investors and it could be huge! on the other hand if they cannot get the DTCC off their back, then we are all in the same boat = SOL. jmho
