Sorry - but these boards are known for their hyperbolic rhetoric - just ask Kenneth Eade who TRIED and FAILED to sue posters here for the very same thing - and he is now on the hook for the attorney's fees that IHUB spent defending posters on IHUB.

Making threats to sue posters will only attract some very unwanted attention - discovery works both ways.
I have yet to see a company - especially one on the pinks - that threatens posters like this not get investigated by the SEC.

A 10 minute check on this company showed me at least a half dozen red flags.

Any idea what happened to that online store they pr'ed in October?

if someone suggested it was an ATM for the CEO - perhaps they are right - I noticed they were getting awfully close to having the outstanding equal the A/S - and if they increase the A/S anytime soon - I would suspect that is exactly what is going on here.

Do you know who "JIM" might be - I noticed his name appears on many of the recent filings with pink sheets? I've only spent 10 minutes looking at this stock so I am not familiar with the players yet.
