Undoubtedly this is a very good way at avoiding answering the question which tells me it is all blatant blind following the blind. The method of answering a question with a question is far from appropriate and is only used when one does not have an adequate answer!

Just so that I cannot be accused of the same - I have asked the question to select "in the know" individuals and have received a very consistent answer. Since this answer is consistent I can say that it is my understanding the settlement shares cannot be sold yet!
