Held? Meaning that he bought half the OS prior to becoming CEO. Seems slightly unreasonable? You converted a large amount of shares correct?

Ken had mentioned several times that the vast majority of the dilution that took us from a ~500M O/S company to a 2B O/S company was going to one single 'big investor' who was long holding. I'm guessing that one person was Mart.

Rationale: 1) Mart always seems to be able to get a hold of Ken on the phone, unlike us small fries, and knows the news ahead of time.
2) Ken has publicly put his holdings at only around 50M shares plus preferreds, so it ain't him who owns most of the commons.
3) Large shareholder could have the leverage to say, "Enough, put me in charge of the show Ken" when his investment wasn't paying off. This is probably why the management change occurred, rather than a change of heart by Ken (though perhaps Ken was not too reluctant to agree to it by this point). Why would a large investor put CleverMart in charge? Because superman and clark kent are the same person. :)
4) People who own half the O/S tend to do things like paying 20k for a PR company for SDVI (which Mart did last year, and publicly told us all). Afterall, what's 20k when you've put a million into the business already?

Just theorizin'...could be wrong. Apologies if its actually you who owns all the shares Chedda. :P

re: conversion, I own a fair amount in both companies, though not sure how its related to the topic.
