I don't have PM anymore but in response to your question, I just don't know anymore. I would have thought that anyone in mediation would have their shares tied up behind an ethical wall but I think the judge left the trading up to the discretion of the parties so that the funds could trade as long as the traders didn't communicate with the people who had material non public information. Considering the reason for mediation I assume the parties would follow the Courts instruction.
