The value of the LTWs claim to the anchor litigation has been estimated at $337 million by the BK court. There are (roughly) 113 million LTWs, meaning that each LTW is a claim for ~$3.00/LTW or a little less.

What remains to be seen is how the judge will classify the LTW (claims vs. equity). At this point, despite all of our combined due diligence, collective gnashing of teeth, wringing of hands, and zen-like ruminations on life, it all comes down to one lady's opinion.
