FACT CHECK: SavWatt Signs 100

RE: “Burn...the 40 distributors on the website were listed prior to the Light Fair.”
FACT: False. The first indication of any substantial list of electrical distributors and energy service providers was first reported on July 8, indicating 18 states had distributors. The International LightFair was held May 16-19, 2011. Go back, do a search there was never any indication the website contained more than a handful of distributors, prior to this post:

18 States with Distributors currently.

RE: “If SavWatt signed up 100 at Light Fair they would have had 140 distributors and we would have seen them all listed prior to being removed from the site.”
FACT: #1) At no time did SavWatt indicate they signed up 100 distributors and energy service providers at the Light Fair. #2) There was never any official report the company had advanced from 100 to 140 ESP and ESDs. Official company PR (May 24, 2011) indicates they have “X” ESP and ESDs and will exceed 100 by month end:

Quote: “[SavWatt] announced today that as a result of overwhelming interest in SavWatt's products at the recent LightFair Exhibition in Philadelphia, Company sign ups of Energy Service Providers and Electrical Supply Distributors as SavWatt Partners will exceed 100 by month end.

RE: “The fact the distributors were removed from the site has nothing to do with the fact Ike lied about how many SavWatt actually signed up at Light Fair.”
FACT: #1) Ike was not the company CEO at this time, Haug was. But that is pety, I’ll progress. #2) Nowhere did SavWatt indicate how many ESP and ESDs they signed up at the Light Fair. The PR implied, they moved from signing up X to Y and by months end, they were reasonably confident they would exceed 100.
FACT: #3) Just as I can’t disprove that you are 100% wrong, you can not prove the company did not reach the intended goal of 100. SavWatt’s website could have been not fully updated, prior to deletion of all of distributors.
FACT: #4) I have proof SavWatt had at least 37 ESPs and ESDs (post-Light Fair), this was A/O July 13, 2011 and does not include the recent distributors, such as Andy Will. Anyone within my trusted circle that would like me to point them to the list’s location, PM me and I’ll gladly do so.
FACT: #5) Question: How many tech fairs, seminars, vendor shows, etc. have you been to -- there are literally dozens, maybe several hundreds of booths, whereby one can drop off their business card in a candy dish, add your name to a sign-up list, chat a few minutes and walk away with good info and/or a new C/B relationship? I’ve been to several dozen and experienced just the same.

So chip away and spin. So far, you’re not telling us anything new.
