As far as going to the AMEX thats not that important IMO absolutely doable but not important.
About six years ago a company that i was trading went to AMEX by doing a reverse split like 15:1 or something like that to get to i believe $3.00, the fundamentals weren't there to attract investors in that range as it did when it was a penny OTCB co. so traded above minimum for about 2 hours and slowly declined day after day then was delisted so just because a company gets uplisted does nothing for the the stock if it can't hold price.

Important thing for me at this point as i have stated many times is any money gained from lawsuit and what the company plans are for money awarded.
