OK ... keep in mind the numbers are just random ...

If we have 1.7 billion shares divided by 60 mill new co we get 28.5 converson. Bt TPS is being bought by JPM if I am to believe the gossip. So wouldnt you subtract the 800 mil or whatever TPS holds from our OS giving us 900 mil divided by 60 mill? or 17:1?


I think this is why we are hearing 2 different conversons. the TPS shares are the difference
