So commons and Ps are at the PPS they are due to the calculations

17:1 common to new commons

.072 x 17 = $1.224 per share post conversion

and 18:1 Ps to commons.

18 x $1.224 = 22.03

What are the Ks converting to?

at the PPS today they are saying the new co commons will be around 1.22?

Cause I have heard 28:1 conversion for commons too and if that is the case

28 x .072 = 2.01 for new shares. and at 18:1 for Ps that should put Ps in the $36 area today

17:1 for commons seems right.

the DS is way too confusing for someone like me

Last Q. If the 4 bill has not been counted as an asset what would its addition do to the new co share price?

Thanks in advance for any answers
