BB,
All interesting, but what makes you think Solomon does not share your marketing ideas, and more?
My question is how would you have him finance his growth? I think you, I, and Solomon take as a given -- probably backed by research -- that the opportunities are huge.
We now have a company with about a $28M market cap that had revenues of $20M and profits of $7M last quarter alone. This is absurd, is it not?
Obviously, there are sellers out there, but why not buyers in size?
Personally, I believe that if growth were curtailed slightly, in favor of cash flow, that would help. But by all indications this company is trading at <1/4 of 2012 revenues, with substantial gross margins; also 1/2 of 2012 income, and 1/4 of 2012 NTA, all the while growing over 100%/year.
It appears that the sellers should have paid Lebed, as so far only they benefited. Whether that remains the case remains to be seen.
The company has talked about increased PR/IR and road shows. We see the former, and will see BB status soon. Hopefully, they can then attract some small institutional interest.
