that all depends on what you interpret bullish outlook as. there are those who trade the stock, like Conix. There are those who look to bash everything they do whether it be good or bad so that they can shake the tree. and then you have your long term investors who see deals like this and are confident in the future. For me thats bullish outlook, im concerned with the future. The daily up and downs of the stock or the stocks on the NYSE dont really matter if you're looking at the long term.

Sometimes stocks report a big quarter and theyre down 3% after the news. Over the long term all that matters is that it performs and if a company shows steady revenue coming in then it will go a long way to accomplishing that. Thats why were bullish. There s a 30 million dollar offer on the table. That shows excellent promise that the team is out there working on these types of deals
