legal docs take couple weeks to get drafted and published on the otc (not just from past experience but based on actual legwork dd aka calling sec and otc and asking what the process is). and you can choose to buy at discounted prices or wait for the 8k.

ill go with the bullish speculation which has been right from the first day i started trading/following this ticker

do your dd. mine has made for great profits so far. so ill continue to trust it. and im not only showing that the $30mill is a done deal, i see nothing but further gains for me as a shareholder so im sticking with my new double digit valuation unless i dig up something showing me otherwise.
