Pour Bouy, CGAQ has no money according to their financials, one operation that loses money, and debts they do not report or tell shareholders about that need to be paid.

What other choice does CGAQ have than to sell stock at any level to survive?

It is unfortunate that shareholders will have to wait to see how much discounted stock Half Moon Advisors, LLC and Palatine Investment Group received this year and at what price not disclosed in the Quarterlies.
