Not really.

I have no problem seeing that the SEC, DTCC, the MMs, and the brokerages screwed up by not acting more quickly once they'd been alerted to the problem.

But I'm just amazed that none of you find the dirty history of this shell suspicious. And there's not a word of criticism of Megas's months-long effort to deal with Pino.
