This is a publically traded company (formally The Small Business Company) which has merged and will use the same trading symbol.

SBCO will become an up-to-date fully reporting company and will be filing an N-2 to become a BDC (business development company) under Section 54 of the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Initial funding of 5 companies, with more to be added.
