If you run a casino you may use them in your licensed casino.

Your point about " other countries that have casinos " I do not
fully get the grasp of. I am sure you are aware that CGAQ is not
the manufacturer.

It would seem to me that casinos in other foreign countries would
buy directly from the manufacturer, not through an intermediary.
