POUR BOUY, Since Mr. Steven Swank has failed to respond to my E-Mail
or just say that he has received same. I want to make shareholders aware
of any expectations and or illusions they may have concerning CGAQ'S
press release dated December 09, 2011.

I questioned and have received no response from the following question.
How are you going to be able sell slot machines imported into the Dominican
Republic without having a title to same.

Are you aware sir, ( CEO Swank ), that the new gaming law that went into effect
in June of 2011 clearly states that any slot machine imported as of that date
becomes the property of the government of the Dominican Republic.

That the slot machines imported must arrive disassembled and after been put
together may be used by the importer in a licensed casino but that while in
the Dominican Republic may not be sold as the slot machines upon arriving
in the D.R. automatically becomes the property of the government.

As for the racetrack, I have already posted not my opinion, but what I was verbally
informed, there is no lease or a bidding for same now taking place or contemplated
by the government.

The only thing on the table is the maintenance contracts that the government has
with private companies. It is yearly contract that different companies may bid on.
It does not however give you the right to in any way change the way of doing
business in the racetrack without the written consent of the government.

Let me add that there are over 400 employees depending on the outcome of the
contracts mostly on a cost plus basis. That the government claims a monthly loss
of $500,000 to 1,000,000.
