You are wrong. If these are insiders... but not necessari;ly company people... they are as free as you and I to buy and sell with no reporting. And even if it is company people... like you said... they can report and take care of all that later.
I am not stating anything as fact.... I dont know... nor does anyone else on this board. But what we do know... as I keep saying... is someone IS buying up alot of shares. Has to be a reason... nobody with no nowledge would be doing this.

Again.... give me a better scenario someone??
