I may have caused a bit of a flap yesterday discussing Tom Friedman's book, "The Earth Is Flat." Though I think Friedman is an incisive thinker I'm having a hard time understanding what he's saying. Because I don't yet know what he's saying I surely don't endorse his thesis; but I think there are folks who do understand and are buying equities heavily.
