They meant by end of 2012 and It is very possible. It will be done by a combination of new stores, franchises, and aquisitions. It is very ambitious but with capital then anything is possible. Boston Market did it, as did Grease Monkey, and Wulfgang Puck. The founders and CEOs of those companies are BCCIs management and franchise team. If they were just some newbees i would scoff at the thought but these guys have done it before and more that once with much larger buildout requirements and required capital.
