Chart: IMO BULM is filling the last gap and about to move off this long term support area for good.
She might not move a lot on a daily basis, but she can literally make up months of gains in a single day when buyers come pouring in...
Because of the massive spike potential, i wont be on the sidelines of this play... If Barrick and Newmont are forced to pay BULM somewhere between $100,000,000-$1 billion it will gap up several dollars and no one will buy these levels again. This is the significant wildcard here and imo they have a very good shot of winning in the very liberal Ninth Circuit Court of San Francisco... The liberals love to stick it to the big corporations in favor of the little companies and BULM has a VERY good case. In fact the case looks so good to the lawyers, they took it up on a contingency basis. BULM pays no money out of pocket if they lose.
