I found out today that a friend of mine is very good friends w someone who knows the pres of the DR extremely well

El presidente stays at his home when he visits the states

I will be getting together w these folks hopefully this coming wk to discuss if we can get any help from him
He will not be pres in 6 months

But he will still be well connected

If nothing else

I will find out a bit more about how we r perceived down there
