in all fairness.. if these guys are installing eco poles at FT Knox KY,MD,NY,DC ETC.. they're on the move not sitting around on their hands.
I am clearly seeing indications that somebody knows what they are doing in these ranks.
either they are aligning themselves with the right people or this is all an illusion.
