IMO spike in a PPS is due of news anticipation. I hub and many other boards are buzzing about AAVG. PIPS try to getting before news. But this crowd is limited. With out news PPS will drop to
old .0013-.0014 levels, like it was in October, and with a news jump to .004-.005 levels, with a new investors coming on board, and then will kip going up on a news and positive PRs
