So I bought this at .20 cents a share (dollar cost average) earlier this year (Jan-Feb), waiting it for it to pop to .50+ based on "management reports" of booked orders, grants and whoa..we got a mil. contract brewing...and of course the paper skerfuffle from the PHd that should be advertised as the new Charmin. Broke the effn laws of physics..yeah right.

Fast forward to December 2011 and more than 1/2 the valuation wiped out of principal investment (fortunately I am not squeamish, been down a lot more on other bets and can lose it all without throwing punches) and same stuttering from management reports...we have booked orders (when will they materialize), we have grants NY state (more likely credits), we have mil contract..and since no one will touch us but day traders we are going to reverse split to optically please the phantom investors?
we have private placement...to pay off the last guy..

R u kidding me!! And still not one third party independent report from any agency InterTek, NREL, Consumer Reports on ANY of their products. Even their competition got a horrible review in Consumer Reports!!! NO NYSERDA cert or listing, and you can check the list...for any one of their products.

I got into this for wind, not expensive , inefficient solar panels (pv) and PODS that will be outdated in 18-24mos.

What gives with this company? What EXACTLY are they?
