I agree, the A/S increase is a concern, and I would have liked to have seen an explanation, but of course, it's not exactly something a company would want to highlight in a PR. It may just be that they needed an increase, and they chose a bigger one than they need short-term, so that they don't have to do it again later. Might need to issue some shares (hopefully restricted) for their financing, who knows?
