"Do you [have] an estimated $ figure"...not that you asked me but...
from what I've heard (on an ongoing basis) , a PR cost between $1,500 & $3K , depending on the venue & geographic scope. An 'audited' Q or K costs +/- $30K...I have no data of what it costs for un-audited Q's , K's or 8's but based on the figures above , none of it comes cheap.
For my part , I don't see a need for them to waste $ putting-out any PR's at this point...the 8K just about says it all for the time-being...until the dust has settled & they've had a chance to re-group anyway. They've got a full agenda as it is.
