My one big worry is how would the company be able to replace or bring in a new CEO, CFO, IR ...and so on with out any money in hand. Hopefully no surprise dilution happens here plus I would like to see a full funding commitments not like ones they have done in the past... those seem to be no more than a fluff of BS PRs. If you can't touch those funds in such a worse situation then how good those funds are for the company?
