If VPHM had just done a secondary issuing shares at $2.50, this would make sense. But they didn't. They were warrants on a financing done some time ago. It is different from the shares PDGE did. Typically, when a company does a secondary, the stock price goes down to the price of the secondary shares, if only briefly. Not so with warrants issued in the past.
