elohssa- VPHM- EPS will not be affected.

elo- already have AFPC, but as far as VPHM, this is old news and will not affect EPS becasue that auto conversion into common shares at $2.50 is already figured in the fully diluted shares computation. So the computation for EPS will be based on the exact same number of shares as before. Wade
