Beats me: we are down in a rather frustrating fashion and P/C is below the lower BB. This happens more often after very strong up days.

VXN is up just a bit and still at very low 43.24. Very bearish.

If the Wise Guy Who Controls the Market had a plan, this plan IMO would be "Hard down before the war and a big rally after". You need a hard down to get a decent rally.
