Actually, if you short at 4 and cover at 1, you have a 300% profit.
And one only needs to look at trade volumes (shares, let alone $) at $3+ vs. sub $1 to see who seems to be on the winning side, longs or shorts.
No argument that selling or shorting at $4 wasn't a very smart move. It's the ones buying there that I feel sorry for.
