EXACTLY. So either there is no fee (can't imagine bureaucracy NOT charging for a policy they make) or a minimal fee.

Or a quarterly & yearly are more expensive than an 8-K?

Or it goes to the payment of the auditor/accountant.

Unless anyone sees it a different way.
