Well, while we're waiting, does anyone know what the filing fees are for the SEC?

I have done research in the past when a company said PR's were too expensive and found the fees (depending on company and audience) to be from $250 to $850. Generally, every time an OTC stock does a PR it costs around $300-$400.

I have never considered what the fee is to file with the SEC. Anyone know?
