RCN told me they intend to expand to Chicago and Philadelphia....the VP of RCN was on Q live during the SF Pride Event coverage. RCN told me they have to remove programs from their lineup to put new ones in and it's just not that easy...so far I've said RCN 3 times and not once did I say QTN...
