I don't think they are actually going to dump any of the shares. Working capital could mean many things. In all reality, the shares are technically working capital even if they just sit there never to be "used." I think we will see a deal with Epic sooner than later and the first $2 million payment will help pay for the certs and start manufacturing. Remember, when the Epic proposal came out Brennan said we would hear about an acceptance in "the very near future."
