That's an interesting question.....
OTCBB.com lists the current # of outstanding shares @ 49.1 million and the authorized @ 800 million. Someone on another board said they called the TA and were told something like 450 million (or close to that) outstanding.

I haven't seen any filings indicating any increase in the authorized # of shares, no s8s...no sb2s...nuffin.
Maybe IDVL traders are on pheds? Look from mid may forward and there's been more shares trading than are authorized.

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
