not sure why they would switch back from .pk to .ob. They were SEC compliant in both cases. Maybe they felt it "looked" better to have an .ob. There are still many investors who don't know about the transition of microcaps to the .pk and why.

I'd say it's a neutral but not an upgrade.

Please post stock symbols first in all your posts. If it's a foreign stock, please list the US pk equivalent symbol.
