You, of course, realize that there would have to be $60 billion in cash in the estate to give the U's $24/share. I think we are a little short of that number...
And even if there were $60 billion, the judge would kick us out of court because WMI would have no reason even to be in bankruptcy; they would have more than enough money to pay all creditors 100% of what they are owed, and even after doing that they would still have a huge amount of cash to continue operating.
