That injunction was lifted and the sale was completed. Anyone can file but the courts make the determination if the injunction has validity to move forward, this one didn't and the court has ruled that way....THE CONTRACTS ARE VALID AND THE SALE IS COMPLETED....Once again Andrew Reid showing his business prowess...Great Job management...
