roguedolphin....re Nelson. They own a majority of Char.ob. They dramatically increased production and revs due to acquiring interests in existing fields. They have a huge number of shares out so the 35 million profits in q1 only equal .04 and that was inflated by $9 million in non cash derivative income. At $1.81 US$, it's not particularly cheap, especially since many of the companies operating in these countries are cheap. Looks like fwd p/e of about 15.

Looks like a solid citizen. Not familiar enough to know if there are other positive events lurking. Bobwins
