Sandy, you should pay attention. I have only commented to Sy once on the politics board and that was a while ago. He has made numerous posts that I find distasteful, yet I have not commented on them because I find him not willing to listen to another viewpoint - therefore a waste of my time. If you look carefully, He (not me) commented on my post I simply responded to his verbal attacks directed at me.

While I believe that Sylvestor provided interesting reading when it came to the markets and trading, I have a hard time with others trying to give everyone a political enema. I now have him filtered because I do not want to go thru the mental struggle of deciding whether I should get into a spitting match with him in response to the posts which are in violation of the spirit, if not the letter of the law of this land. I found it hard to filter anyone, especially someone who I believe had some really good thoughts concerning trading. Too bad he couldn't keep the two separate. In the end, I decided filtering was for the best - it avoids longwinded discussion about things that don't serve the purpose of this board - much like the continuation of this garbage with your post. Problem solved. Now you deal with him.
