FQICEO, my research was simple, I made calls to both companies posing as a potentional customer and asked questions about their technology. The advantage I might have over you is that I have a lot of knowledge about the industry, like that of an analyist. I was able to take the information provided by each company and arrive at an accurate snapshot of each. This is something any serious investor would do if they were looking to make a large speculatvie investment in a company about which very little was known. You can do the same thing if you know what questions to ask. The result was MIOK is a real GPS company, but still not one that I would invest with, and Navicom was a shell that was renting technology, like anyone on this board could do. But please, don't believe me, do the ruse yourself and form your own opinions.
