Power Pig?
Businesses MUST use more power, to make sure their customers are comfortable and to keep the business going.
What also gripes me is that people under a certain income are excused from the rate increases....increases in rates will cause conservation to anyone with brains to figure out the relationship: low income should NOT be a reason to excuse people from "conserving or paying"
