I haven't seen where it has been clearly documented. I have seen that they have ordered dual use items and the one the administration keeps on talking about is this metal tube that could be used in developing a weapon. However, as we have bombed much of their sewage and water supplies this could also be used for water. However, as long as we keep inspectors there we can keep him in check. Unfortunately I believe we have backed ourselves into a corner and if they don't find anything then the sanctions will be lifted. The current administration will not let that happen no matter what IMO.
