One thing that keeps me investing/gambling with Amy ( gambling is a pretty accurate description considering its sh*tty and inept mgt) is the dosage.
Byetta (exenatide) dosage is in the microgram and all other GLP-1s like Victoza is in the milligram, an 3 order of magnitude difference.
To a layman like myself, that thousandth order of difference spells two things : efficacy and side effect reduction.
I am betting/hoping Bydureon getting approved next Jan2012. It is obvious to me exenatide is the best current drug in its class except for the inept crew of Dan Bradbury.
