Don't you think that before that a PR announcing Ducan has obtained and secured financing for the 90 MW plant.

Why would they put in a test plot if they don't even know if they will find enought money to build the plants?

Or for that matter Why would Duncan even do a MOU with Viaspace before he has even secured financing partner for the project...

Isn't this really just a bunch of talk that most likely will not come true? Don't you feel that your given this more credit than it deserves expecially considering Dr.K's history with PR's
