That's nothing! Longs on the GNTA board were absolutely convinced Genasense would surpass Lipitor to become the best selling prescription medication in the history of healthcare with annual sales of $9.5 billion --- and that was just in the first 8 lead cancer indications alone! PPS predictons were, as I recall, in the $2500/share territory.
The fact there wasn't a single late-stage completed trial at the time those lofty projections were made was just FUD being spread by the paid bashers to steal shares from the longs.
Top that.
