I got a bit spooked when Larry started takling about exploration of some REE property they have in BC.
He knows bugger all about it, it is distraction, and on top, REE's are already dead, except couple of co's like GWG and MCP.

Stop wasting time and money and concentrate on Artillery Peak
Stop feeding us with nonsense and provide updated on Environmental study, PEA, BFS, business execution, financing, meetings with the locals etc.
